WEATHER SHIPPING NOTICE

 

We have temporarily made some adjustments to our shipping policy to make sure our animals and plants get to your door in the safest way possible.

 

We do NOT ship any live stock if temperatures are below 40℉ or above 90℉ - We deeply care for the safety and well being or all our livestock. We will not ship any animals or plants if it is unsafe for them to make a comfortable trip. We have the right to hold back all orders placed during these extreme conditions. You will receive a friendly message reminding you of the situation and we will ship when we see a break in weather and is safe for them to travel. We hope you understand that we do this because WE CARE about the animals and plants you will be receiving. We wanna make sure you get the best of the best!

 

Additionally,
all orders placed without the proper insulation and Ice Packs/Heat Packs, as offered and recommended at checkout, will have the 100% Live Arrival Guarantee voided. No exceptions!
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING YOUR LIVE ANIMALS SHIPPED WITH PRIORITY MAIL, ESPECIALLY DURING EXTREME WEATHER TEMPERATURES.

 

 

HOLIDAY NOTICE

We do NOT ship live animal orders and/or plant orders during a holiday week and the week before a holiday. We are committed to ensure the safe arrival of our animals. As you know, couriers such as Fedex, USPS, and UPS are closed on holidays, meaning that your package will sit at a courier warehouse until the following business day. During some holidays (Example: Christmas, Thanksgiving, and more), couriers are extremely busy and package delays will occur - even in the week leading to said holiday - so for the safety of our animals, orders will be held and shipped the week after the holiday.

 

USPS

USPS does NOT guarantee that packages will be delivered by the delivery date shown in tracking numbers and has temporarily increased shipping times on some of their services.

These changes are as follows:

  • First Class Packages: from 2-3 days to 2-4 days
  • Priority Mail: from 1-3 days to 2-3 days
  • Priority Mail Express: 1-2 days (Unchanged)

Although these shipping times were increased by 1-2 days, we are still experiencing additional delays so place your orders accordingly.
