I have black substrate, so was super-happy to find white Helmet Snails. Shipping seemed kind of slow (12 days from order to delivery), and the snails were wrapped in a wet paper towel inside an airtight bag. One of the three died shortly after drip-method tank intro, but that is OK b/c 3 (the minimum) is a bit much for my 15-gallon that already has 2 rabbit snails. In any event, the remaining 2 are happy and busy eating all the algae. Thanks, AquaMotiv!
I received great hands on personal service when I ordered my 20 mystery snails. They were delivered onetime and professionally packed. The snails were in good shape, very healthy and started moving around the tank almost immediately.
