Ordered august 9th paid an extra $16 for 1-3 day shipping. I attempted to contact to cancel my order last week because it still wasnt sent out. It got shipped out wednesday got here friday. I ordered 6 got 5 instead. They also werent marked live to be taken to my front door so they sat in my mail box. Not ordering from here again.

Everyone arrived alive and they are all very pretty. I love all the different shells.
2/3 of the snails I purchased arrived deceased.
