Our Live Arrival Guarantee covers livestock that arrive alive upon delivery. Because every aquarium setup is different, we cannot guarantee long-term success after arrival. The health and happiness of aquatic plants and animals depend heavily on the environment they are placed in.

FIRST CLASS SHIPPING NOTICE

USPS First Class shipping is an affordable option and works very well for many orders, especially plants and snails during mild weather conditions.

However, because First Class packages are limited to 16 oz, we’re unable to include heat packs or cold packs when temperatures become too hot or too cold. For this reason, our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply to First Class shipments during extreme weather conditions.

When temperatures are moderate, USPS First Class remains a safe and reliable shipping option for smaller orders.
