In my single package of these floaters, I got roughly five healthy plants. Days later, they're thriving and my shrimp love them. They're very pretty!

Replied. Got a CS response not acceptable. Replied again and just replaced. My review is not only the snails but the CS.
Did not get anything close to what i ordered and claim 2 days shipping while my email notification proves 5.

Didn’t get what was shown and box HOT
Pic shows equal sized bright colors. All are dark brown and deep orange. Under the lights they brighter than my initial look still not even close to the image. Pic and description doesn’t really indicate size but larger my thing all and smallest smaller than my pinky nail. Package delayed. Emails bouncing. Had to call and told they would not ship when too hot but then shipped 1-3 days over weekend so too more like 5. Paid for ice pack. My bad on not reading description. Ice pack was itty bitty and HOT AF too. Surprised the snails lived to be honest. Buy a big pack of ice bag if buying.

Zebra and tiger nerite snails all have a pretty basic and consistent color but we would love for you to send some pictures of the snails received so we can see how dark they are and improve where we can. Color on live animals will always vary slightly and can be different depending on the light source available in each aquarium. We were not able to ship the order as temperatures were above 100 degrees. We shipped your snails and plants the week after the heat wave and they arrived in 2 days. I've had bad experiences ordering plants in the past, so I was apprehensive ordering from Aquatic Motiv. I was pleasantly surprised when my plants came in healthy despite spending five days in transit, and days later, they're thriving and already growing roots. I'll definitely buy from Aquatic Motiv again.
Everything was individually packed, they held the shipping till the heat dropped below 90 to ensure survival rate. It’s two weeks now and the plants still look as amazing as the first day. I highly recommend!
