Anubias Nana Petite Potted

Very good seller perfect plants.

Purhcased 4 plants, waiting for shipment took approximately a month due to cold weather, but the customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly and were incredibly helpful. They assisted me with their buy-three-get-one-free policy and provided updates on when my package would ship once the weather improved. Unfortunately, during transit, USPS misplaced the package, sending it back and forth across the country in the cold. This significantly extended the shipping time to over a week and, unfortunately, resulted in the death of my Monte Carlo and Rotala Vietnam H'Ra . This was all USPS fault and not the seller. They were exceptionally supportive and offered a refund for the deceased plants. Their customer service is amazing and is a 10/10, and I would purchase from them again even after some of these unfortunate events.

The plants arrived in good condition and well packaged.
