Estimate shipping before checking out
Shipping can be easily estimated in the Cart page without going through the entire checkout process. In the Cart page, click on Estimate Shipping under your items and enter your state and zip code. It is that simple!
Processing times
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is received.
Our Shipping days for livestock are Monday through Wednesday - orders placed on Wednesday after 7 a.m. (EST) will be shipped the following week. This is done to prevent any animals from getting stuck at the carrier facility over the weekend.
Shipping Zones
We currently ship anywhere within the US including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update on the carrier's system.
Incorrect shipping information
Guarantee gets voided if the address you provide is incorrect. Please, always confirm your address before placing an order! It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the live stock is being sent to the correct address. We, AquaticMotiv® LLC, have no control over the address information inputted at checkout.
HOW WE SHIP
PLANTS - All plants are packed in heat sealed durable plastic bags to maintain moisture, wrapped around in bubble wrap or newspaper, and put in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed in transit.
SNAILS - All snails are packed in heat sealed durable plastic bags and always double bagged (triple bagged if necessary). They are packed with enough water to be comfortable and plenty of oxygen that lasts up to 2 week. They are then wrapped around in bubble wrap or newspaper, and put in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed.
INVERTS - Invertebrates are packed in breather bags and always double bagged. They are packed with enough water to be comfortable for up to 1 week. They are wrapped around in bubble wrap or newspaper, and put in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed.
FISH - All our fish are packed in durable plastic bags and always double bagged. They are packed with enough water and pure oxygen to be comfortable for up to 1 week. They are wrapped around in bubble wrap or newspaper, and put in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed.
