Banana Plant is a very common aquarium plant species. Very high in demand, the banana plant has its origin from Southeast United States, but farmed all over the globe. Banana plants are extremely hardy and great for beginners as they can adjust to a big range of water parameters. They add great detail to any aquarium when planted in the mid ground or foreground - banana plants have stems that shoot all the way up to the surface resembling floating lily pads.
