2 were DOA, one lived for a day or two. Terrible packaging. Snails were tiny and looked nothing like the picture.

All our snails are packed in a cardboard box which has a heat shield liner and an ice pack - all nerite snails are wrapped in wet paper towel and heat sealed to maintain moisture. Thank you.
I love my beautiful snails, one of my yellow rabbit snails had a baby already and I only had them about a month, thank you oh and my trapdoor snails had 7 babies too . I only get my snails here thanks again
I would give zero stars if I could. Took forever to ship and everything was dead on arrival. looked nothing like the photo at all.

They all arrived in great condition. They were clearly packaged with care, and considering the wildfires and other adverse weather made it quickly enough. After a water acclimation float-these little guys went straight to work happy as can be.
