  • Will not breed in freshwater;
  • Active - Nerites are at work 24/7;
  • Safe for plants and any other aquarium inhabitants;;
  • The BEST at eating algae.

I very much was excited about them. Told they did not procreate and would be fine with my chiclids. I put them in and 4 of them were eaten only the horned one survived and i but him in a nursery container until he is bigger. I have requested that when the package of 3 virgins becomes avaiable I would like to order two sets. and for now reorder a new 5 set at the end of the week so i know I will be home when they arrive.

The snails are pretty good some of them are very small and have shell damage

Hi.

Nerite snails are a smaller species of aquatic snails which don't get as big as regular, Mystery/Trapdoor snails. If your snails had shell damage, we sincerely apologize and encourage you to reach out to our team so we can take care of you.

Thank you.
