I was able to communicate with the seller and switch my order to the yellow variety of these beautiful snails and I couldn’t be happier. They are so active and healthy and so vibrant in color! I’m super pleased with the shipping and the packaging was great as well.
Snails were in a nice, well protected package. All 5 were alive and are doing well in my tank. Thank you so much.
There was a delay on the post office side in my snails arriving when they were supposed to. I admit I was concerned about them. However to my delight when they arrived they were all still alive. As soon as I put them in water they began moving around and once I put them in my tank they were all over the place working their magic. I was so impressed I have already placed another order for some snails for 1 of my other tanks.
