Great experience working with this company. They were out of stock of the red root floater I originally ordered. They contacted me and were very helpful. We tried waiting for them to come in but after about a month and no luck. We settled on a different arrangement. Always very fast responses. And they made sure they took care of me when it came to shipping out the plant. It was very thoughtful. Packaged great with great looking plants. And the Temps here in Philly are in the teens. The heat pack worked like a charm. Will be back for future purchases.

The plants and the customer service were both great. Everything was packaged really and arrived healthy with no snail tag-alongs. Delivery did run a little late, but after checking in on it, I got a quick reply explaining they didn't want the extreme cold in the seller's area harming the plants while they were in transit. I was in no rush and appreciated the thought that was put into it rather than just shipping out an order to move on to the next.
Half didn't make it. 4/8. It was only the ones with rubber bands on them that died. They also had little white spots all over them. I ordered a lot of plants and this one was only plant that I had issues with. 10/10 would buy again. Packaging, customer service etc. Was excellent.
Everything arrived in excellent condition. I was very impatient because it took a very long time but all of the plants were healthy and so far zero melting.
