Great over all one hasn’t been doing the greatest and didn’t look the best when I got it but it’s a living thing it happens
Plants were fine. Problem 1: Only 7 out of 10 snails were alive on delivery. There were no extras included. I've emailed twice and haven't got a single response. Problem 2: I received a ship notification with estimated arrival date, I adjusted my schedule to be home and it's not actually handed off to the carrier for another full week past the arrival date and only when I sent an email inquiry. Problem 3: FedEx left my package on the side of my gravel drive, hundreds of feet away from the front door in the full sun.

My snails were perfectly packed. They didn't come as fast as I thought they would but when I reached out to customer service they responded quickly. I totally understood why there was a delay. I then received my snails when promised. I was told it may take 12 to 24 hours for my snails to come out of their shell (just from other people). These snails were out in minutes looking for some algae! I have my aquarium in my classroom and my students love the snails as much as the fish. I will definitely order from AquaticMotiv again!!!
