Snails came dead with crushed shells

Hello. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. The snails were not crushed. There were indeed some nicks and imperfections. Although that is stated on the description, I understand it is not ideal. We still refunded you for the entire order. When you reached out, almost 3 weeks ago about the shell, you did not mention anything about the snails being dead.
Thank you.
