Alternanthera reineckii var 'roseafolia' also known as Pink Temple Scarlet, is a background plant native to South America. This unique plant is quite hardy but requires stable water parameters. When grown submersed this plant develops elongated bright-red leaves and pink stems. Alternanthera Reineckii is a slow growing plant so avoid uprooting as much as possible.

There was a little drama with shipping, but once the plants finally arrived, they were all beautiful. Everything was incredibly well packaged -- well enough to survive a week in the mail during warm weather. A little melting after transfer, but everything bounced back very quickly and put on new growth. Would absolutely order again.
