I am beyond thrilled with my order. The plants arrived all alive and gorgeous. I'm floating my clippings and hoping for them to get some roots soon. Love love love them and thank you so much for what you guys do.

When purchasing the bundle I expected a variety of red and green plants that were listed in the listed details. 5 of 6 plants were green and I even got some species that were not listed. There are different level packs, beginner, red, and growers choice. I specifically choose the bundle with the species I wanted. To get species outside of what was listed is a bit disappointing. I also purchased a heat pack to be added to my order for an additional cost. Upon arrival the box was insulated but the heat pack was no where to be found. Some plants were colder than others. Overall, the quality of the plants was great. My disappointment comes from the shipping process. It was delayed and I also had to pay shipping cost on a bundle that there was “no shipping” and to purchase an additional costing heat pack that never made it in.
