definitely not as purple as in pic. one arrived doa... to be fair, I never contacted them for a chance to rectify. so, my bad. 5 stars.
Of ten snails only two were of any useful size and I haven't seen the other eight that were only marginally larger than a few grains of sand.
Hello Robert.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate hearing from our customers, as it helps us continually improve both our stock and our service.
We are truly sorry to hear that the size of your snails did not meet expectations. Because different setups have different needs, what counts as a 'useful size' can vary, but we always want to make sure you are getting snails that work well for your tank. In the future, please feel free to leave an order note or reach out before shipping if you prefer specimens on the larger side of our available range—we are always happy to accommodate requests whenever stock allows.
None of our standard snails we sell are typically as tiny as described unless your order included our Pumpkin Snails. Pumpkin Snails are a true dwarf species, so while they naturally arrive quite small compared to others, they are a powerhouse algae eaters that get right to work despite their size. They also tend to burrow or explore crevices when first introduced, which can make them tricky to spot right away.
We want to ensure you are taken care of and completely satisfied with your experience. Please reach out to our support team with your order details so we can look into this for you.
Warm regards.
they arrived in perfect condition though i was surprised to see them not in a bag of water 😅
