Originating from all over South America, the Mystery Snail is very common in the aquarium hobby. Most Mystery Snails are captive-bred these days. They are very easy to breed and if your water parameters are right, they will lay eggs and eventually those eggs will hatch. And if you think that is a bad thing, think again ... more Mystery Snails, more algae that will be consumed from your aquarium. Now, if you have a heavily planted aquarium, i would suggest checking out some of our other snails which won't breed in freshwater and are best suitable for planted tanks. These snails are extremely hardy and live in a vast variety of water parameters. Very slow moving gastropods, always hungry and that will grown in a heart-beat.

I have already ordered mystery snails from you guys 3 times. Just ordered my 3rd set a few days ago for my new aquarium. Can't wait to get them! They are the best snails ever and you guys have great prices.

My snails came in alive and healthy! I ordered them a couple months ago, but it was too cold to safely ship them, so AquaticMotiv held onto them for me and waited until it was safe to ship. I requested certain colors (blue, gold, and chestnut), and I got exactly what I asked for! They acclimated very well and are thriving in my tank. They are so beautiful and fun to watch, and LOVE when I feed them blanched spinach and zucchini. Thanks AquaticMotiv! I will be ordering from you again!

Not sure I would order again only because I had trouble getting the plant out of the rockwool and I think damaged a lot of the roots, but that is probably user error as I'm very new to the hobby. Otherwise a very lovely plant

I received one extra too! Planted all 4. Two are thriving, one did melt but has healthy young leaves. And one absolutely exploded and grew nearly to the top of my tank! I must have gotten that one's roots just right!
