The White Giant Brotia Herculea Snail is an aquatic gastropod mollusk in the family Pachychilidae. This snails justifies its name (Giant), as it can grow to be over 4" in length. They can be found in rivers all over Thailand and Burma. Unlike their cousin, the Rabbit Snail (Tylomelania) which are known to have large babies, the Giant Tower Cap gives birth to live, very tiny babies and only reproduce about 3 times a year.
Will not over populate;
Very rare and unique;
Safe with any aquarium inhabitants;
Great if you want a giant show stopper of a snail.

I did not take a picture of the snails upon arrival. I didn’t know I needed to. I figured they were stressed from the journey and being handled. Once acclimated I released them into my tank with many other snails. The next day they were still in the same place…eventually I removed them only to realize they were dead.
