My order of Plants and Rabbit Snails

I can't stress enough how good this company is and how much they care for their animals, plants, and customers alike. The plants came in very very good condition and are growing well as i am typing this with beautiful colors. Sadly the snails passed away in transit due to weather conditions suddenly dropping in temperature compared to where they were shipped from. I was able to resolve the issue though, if you can even call something natural or chance taking that this would happen. I am awaiting my replacement of snails to ship out since, as I said before, the other ones didn't make it. Aside from that though, I would highly recommend this company. Very amazing people to work with.
