Description

Rotala Magenta, is a mid-ground/background plant native to Asia. This unique plant is quite rewarding when grown properly - Rotala Magenta is a narrow leaf variation of Rotala macranda. When grown submersed this plant develops small and narrow, pink-redish leaves. This plant benefits from high lighting and injected co2.

Should be trimmed regularly. This plant can be easily propagated by simply cutting of the stem and replanting it on the substrate.
Great for providing shelter to small fish.

Very nice

I received a healthy bundle of stems, and they took off in my set up right away. I will add that it requires a strong light to maintain the coloring. As of now, a few weeks post-planting, the stems have not melted and have grown significantly. I recommend this plant for a high-tech set up.
