Three snails delivered. One was dead...left him in the same place for a week just to be sure. Second snail disappeared, hasn't been seen since. Maybe alive? Maybe not. Third snail, the biggest one...is fine. It was very hot and delivery was not quick. So I guess the big guy will have to eat a lot of algae.
Package arrived on time, but was shipped in a sealed plastic bag, no water at all. Half of the plant was dead before I opened it, cold pack was warm.

All plants are shipped in sealed plastic bags. They are slightly moist and bags sealed to retain 100% of moisture. Aquatic plants should never be packed in water. Snails came to me dead, after I got my dead snails there was a card that said “anything wrong let us know we will make it right” so I did, then all of a sudden there was all these regulations and guides and rules about shipping in weather and if you don’t pay for first class arrival for ur snails don’t worry about getting them alive!
