Original order of snails was shipped & arrived within a week. Unfortunately all dead on arrival. Live on arrival guarantee was honored. Paid extra for expedited shipping for replacement batch. All arrived healthy and active.
The snails arrived well-packaged and all 3 were alive. The snails were active within 10 minutes of being put in their new tanks.
It arrived alive, and surprisingly hasn’t shown any signs of melting. It has just as cool colors irl as it does in the photos. Do recommend, I’d just note that they don’t do well in substrate. I didn’t know that prior to getting them
