Zebra Thorn Nerite Snails

I received the order relatively quickly, in like 3-4 days. The snails arrived wrapped in wet paper towel. I wasnt sure how to acclimate them as such, so I added aquarium water slowly over 2-3 hours. Several of them did seem attached to the paper towel when i unwrapped them and added to the tank. Unfortunately, they were all dead. I dont know if i didnt acclimate them right or there was something about the tank but that is what happened. I didnt contact the seller because they were already in the tank. They are really cool looking and I'd like to get some more but not sure if the shipping or the water is the issue or what.

Hi Kevin. Sorry to hear you had an issue. Usually when they are attached, it means that they are alive. Even after putting them in the tank, you can always reach out to us.
