Came good didn’t last

I got the snails and they were very lively but after a day or two they all stopped moving. Not sure what happened and really unfortunate but they did arrive in great condition and lively.

Hello.
Our goal is to provide high quality and healthy snails for our customers. We are very confident in our snails and we offer a 100% live arrival guarantee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any guarantee after the snails have been in the customer's care. We always recommend researching as much as possible before buying so you have the perfect environment for the animals. I see the the snails arrived very lively - When snails stop moving after a day or two, it is almost always due to water parameters, unsafe chemicals used, or aggressive fish picknig on them. You can always reach out to our team at any time so we can help.
Thank you.

A couple of my bettas flared at them for a bit upon first introduction but are now used to these helpful little cleaners. They are beautiful snails and fun to watch scoot around the tanks!
