I ordered six snails, but unfortunately, all but one were dead when I received them. I didn’t realize this at the time.
When I opened the package, I found a rectangular piece of wet paper towel in a plastic bag. I cut open the plastic bag and unfolded the paper towel to reveal six snails with their lids closed. I thought they might be closed from the stress of their trip, so I immediately put them in a jar and started drip-acclimating them to my fish tank’s water.
After an hour of acclimating, they still had their lids closed. I put them in my tank, and one of them started moving after a few hours. I was thrilled to have six new beluga snails! But after 24 hours, the other five snails remained motionless.
I took them out to check on them, and an overwhelming smell hit my nostrils. I tried separating them to see if it was just one snail, but unfortunately, they all had the same unbearable smell. They had to be put in the trash.
If all of them had been alive, I would give them five stars. If they had been properly packaged, I would probably give them three stars. However, the fact that all of them were wrapped in paper towel and all but one were dead justifies only one star.
Purchased 3 for a 75 gal. vivarium. All 3 were up and actively cleaning a rock within 5 minutes of being placed in water. I've ordered twice from this seller and both purchases arrived extraordinarily well packed, fresh and lively. Strongly recommended for aquatic enthusists with a need for quality.

Packaging was excellent and I received plants in excellent condition. The only drawback was you were experiencing shipments delays but didn’t inform me until I called 10 days after I had placed order. Better communication with customer would earn you a 5 star rating and my repeat business.
