2 out of 3 DOA and policy is to take pictures of unopened package. I didn’t know they were doa until I opened the package and the instructions to take pic was also in the box. I couldn’t read before the box was opened. Shipping through the usps guarantees long timeline. I would have paid for ups or fedex if given the option. Not happy!
They all arrived alive, and they came in good packaging and as soon as they acclimated they began to move around as soon as they were set in the tank! Will purchase from them again.
3 of the 5 never moved so we ended up finding some at a store close by.
Ordered right before a heat wave so shipping took 3-4 weeks. All snails arrived alive and very active once put in the tank. Will definitely be ordering again.
This is the second time purchasing plants from AquaticMotiv. First time, I picked it up at location, this time it was shipped to Florida and both times were great. The plants arrived in great shape and is of high quality. I am very pleased with the product and the overall cost. I highly recommend AquaticMotiv, great business to deal with. Check the photos, the product speaks for themselves. Don't mind the hazy water, I am coming out of the "Dark Start" method with ADA original capped with sand.
