Description

Mint Charlie is a background plant native to Asia. This unique plant is quite rewarding when grown properly and can tolerate different water parameters, so it is a great beginner plant. When grown submersed this plant develops beautiful round, green leaves. Mint Charlie is a true aquatic plant that can be used in aquariums and ponds.
This plant can be easily propagated by simply cutting of the stem and replanting it on the substrate.
Great for providing shelter to small fish.

So far this is doing fine in both our soft...

So far this is doing fine in both our soft acidic tanks and harder water tanks with high pH. Daughter's wild Betta Hendra pair seem to enjoy hiding among the leaves. Some was planted in our goldfish tank (they dug it up), some in our male betta QT tank, some in our community tank with our gold ram, pair of paradise fish and some assorted tetras and the last bit went into our tank of juvie female bettas (sisterhood tank).
