HOLIDAY NOTICE

We do NOT ship live animal orders and/or plant orders during a holiday week and the week before a holiday. We are committed to ensure the safe arrival of our animals. As you know, couriers such as Fedex, USPS, and UPS are closed on holidays, meaning that your package will sit at a courier warehouse until the following business day. During some holidays (Example: Christmas, Thanksgiving, and more), couriers are extremely busy and package delays will occur - even in the week leading to said holiday - so for the safety of our animals, orders will be held and shipped the week after the holiday.
