Replied. Got a CS response not acceptable. Replied again and just replaced. My review is not only the snails but the CS.
Did not get anything close to what i ordered and claim 2 days shipping while my email notification proves 5.

Didn’t get what was shown and box HOT
Pic shows equal sized bright colors. All are dark brown and deep orange. Under the lights they brighter than my initial look still not even close to the image. Pic and description doesn’t really indicate size but larger my thing all and smallest smaller than my pinky nail. Package delayed. Emails bouncing. Had to call and told they would not ship when too hot but then shipped 1-3 days over weekend so too more like 5. Paid for ice pack. My bad on not reading description. Ice pack was itty bitty and HOT AF too. Surprised the snails lived to be honest. Buy a big pack of ice bag if buying.

Hello. Thank you for your review. We are happy they made it safely and apologize for the color not being as expected. Zebra and tiger nerite snails all have a pretty basic and consistent color but we would love for you to send some pictures of the snails received so we can see how dark they are and improve where we can. Color on live animals will always vary slightly and can be different depending on the light source available in each aquarium. We were not able to ship the order as temperatures were above 100 degrees. We shipped your snails and plants the week after the heat wave and they arrived in 2 days. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and will always try to improve. Thank you.
