Description

Amano Shrimp, also known as Japonica Shrimp, are great additions to any community freshwater aquarium. These tiny creatures, are not only extremely elegant but also have a great purpose - cleaning your aquarium! This shrimp in particular is the best in the business when it comes to cleaning. They feed on several different types of algae and organic debris. They are quite easy to keep and very low maintenance.
They thrive in planted tanks where shelter and food are abundant.

I got all my plants and shrimp from Aquatic Motiv and they are just amazing

My 10 amanos came in perfectly healthy and they are such active creatures and are just wonderful to watch. They have been in my tank for 2 weeks now and have definitely fatten up. Their natural hue-like colors also became very vibrant. I purchased all my plants and invertebrates from Aquatic Motiv and each time, they have exceeded my expectation.
