I expected a nicer color variety of snails - similar to the Mixed Pack pictured on the website. I received a Black Racer and two other darker colored varieties.
One of the three plants I ordered was badly damaged and the other two (same variety) were very small starts, but in decent condition.
I had ordered a heat pack for winter temperatures and when I opened the box the heat pack was only a cold pack. I'm assuming the heat pack was warm when my order was packed, but who knows how long it retained heat.Thankfully, I ordered an insulated box, which is what probably helped the snails survive their journey.
The reason I mention the heat pack is because I've ordered live animals and plants from other companies and the heat packs have always had some warmth left when I opened the package.
I recieved two large plants and about four smaller ones. They all look fairly healthy but got banged up a little in shipping and have some yellowing on the leaves.
They all arived alive and are doing very well.
All arrived very healthy and alive. All four have different and unique patterns.
