Seller has great communication, answers questions quickly & kept me informed about weather delay in shipping. Plants arrived healthy & free of snails or other unwanted pests. Out of my entire order, only these were a little crushed & I can tell they'll lose many leaves BUT the roots look very healthy & I expect they'll bounce back quickly.

Everything arrived in excellent condition. I was very impatient because it took a very long time but all of the plants were healthy and so far zero melting.

Plants took longer than quoted to arrive, but seemed okay when I received them. Lost a couple within the first week of planting, so we'll see how they do. They did come with snails, though.
