Item arrived very well packaged, with a small cooler pack and insulation - excellent job by seller. I had some hesitation since they took a week to acknowledge the order and/or send USPS tracking code, but it was shipped shortly after that and like I said, arrived in excellent condition. Seller also included enough stems in good condition (ie with roots, leaves, etc) that I was able to separate the bundles and populate both of my tanks.
The plants are all doing very well 1 month later.
Ordering plants online is always hit or miss, glad to say this was an absolute hit! Fast shipping and beautiful, healthy bunches.
This plant came in the best condition compared to my other plants despite the weather and they even sent two portions!
