1 of the white spotted and 1 of the yellow spotted i ordered haven't moved in the aquarium. It has only been 30 hrs so I want to give them a chance to acclimate but unsure to tell if they are ok or dead.
All others are moving about nicely and have been working hard to clean up the tank. Beautiful snails!
The snails arrived well packaged and healthy. They were moving around in the tanks within a few minutes and are doing a great job on algae. Bonus - their shells have beautiful markings. Very pleased!
They were not in water I’m not sure if that’s normal for online snail purchases but they were in a damp cloth, I can only see one of them 6-7 days later so I know they’re alive! As well all my bladder snails have seen their presence and are on the duckweed
My new koi betta (Grumpy) is healthy and active. Arrived 2 weeks ago.. The package was nice and cozy with the warm pack. His colors are amazing and seriously he is the cutest !!
Response time was great and informative. Plants came in excellent health. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because of the delay in the processing. I understand things can get backed up and hold no resentment for that.
