Description
This aquatic mollusk is the most sought-after snail in the aquarium hobby. Snails from the Tylomelania Genus are known as "Sulawesi Snail", "Elephant Snail", or "Giant Rabbit Snail". These elephant faced creatures came to us from freshwater lakes in Indonesia and the peaceful nature of the Rabbit Snail is one factor that makes is interesting to keep them. They have long brown and white spiral like shells that can grow up to 4.5" long.

It is possible that some snails have some shell defects from their wild encounters.
