Safe packaging

Snails and clams were packaged well. Heat pack had been cold for quiet some time but it did the job in the meantime.

Hello. We always make sure our plants travel as safe as possible. We remove and refund accordingly any heat or ice packs if we think the plants will do best without. Since we didn't receive any follow up on the plants, we're assuming the plants are doing well :) Thank you.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the plant...

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the plants took a long time to get here. Francisco was very responsive throughout. When the plants finally arrived some of them looked a little worse for the wear but we went ahead and planted them in our aquarium and they all are doing well. I was surprised at how good they looked after being delayed for weeks. Would definitely recommend!
