They arrived alive and well, which is way more than I can say for Amazon. Don’t waste your time and money on Amazon freshwater plants or snails. I recommend these guys! They’re still very healthy littke algea eaters and I’ve them a few months now. I keep them with my Beavertail fairy shrimp and my Red tailed fairy shrimp and they’re all very happy together.🥰
I love buce plants, but have horrible luck with them. This is the first one I have ordered from A.M. The initial quality was very nice. Without a camera flash, it looks pinkish, but with a flash, green! It hasn't been in the tank very long at all, yet I see new growth. I REALLY hope it doesn't melt away and die like almost every other buce I have ever bought...
It seems that buying ANY Nerites from ANY source is a crap-shoot. Some survive, some don't. In this case, all the little snails arrived alive. But so far, I have lost one, possibly two. Not blaming the shop at all, but something to consider when choosing what quantity to order.
They look nothing like the picture. They are tan with black. I'm very thankful they made it alive. Still very cute!! Very small.
