The potted dwarf Lobelia that I received seems to be of good size and is definitely in good shape with no damage or rot. However, I don't know what to expect of this variety: I grow "normal" Lobelia in my garden and I ordered this on spec to try growing it emergent to see what the difference is. I've had it sitting in 1/2" of water under a dome and it looks absolutely fine; based upon how it looks, I suspect that this variety is propagated and grown emergent.
There was so much new growth and roots in the tiny pot that arrived that i was able to separate up to about 10 different tiny individual plants w roots. The purple under-leaf did fade after a while even with co2 injection and high light but it might just be the conditions in my tank. Big bang for my buck with this one

Overall great healthy plants, great customer service. Only thing was that shipping took a few weeks to arrive. Would buy again and hopefully processing and shipping is faster.
