Description
This aquatic mollusk, also known as the Black Panther Tower Snail, comes to us from Southeast Asia Lakes and is particularly common in the oxygen-rich waters of Java. These elephant faced creatures are from the Pachychilidae family and their peaceful nature is one factor that makes them interesting to keep. They have long, black spiral like shells that can grow up to 4" long.
