was a little nervous because my order didn't ship out until the temps got warm again, but my order was packed with what i assume to be a cool pack. i've never had luck ordering floaters anywhere else but these were in absolutely perfect condition when they arrived!! i saw one tiny snail and some kind of bug larvae come out of the packaging when i dumped it into my tank, but i don't personally mind. would 100% order again.
