I ordered a total of 40 assassin snails for my 125 gallon aquarium to handle an outbreak of ramshorn snails. They arrived quickly, all alive, packed well, and they are happily hunting in their new home.

Plants were fine. Problem 1: Only 7 out of 10 snails were alive on delivery. There were no extras included. I've emailed twice and haven't got a single response. Problem 2: I received a ship notification with estimated arrival date, I adjusted my schedule to be home and it's not actually handed off to the carrier for another full week past the arrival date and only when I sent an email inquiry. Problem 3: FedEx left my package on the side of my gravel drive, hundreds of feet away from the front door in the full sun.
