honestly a little disappointed, I ordered from here not too long ago and everything went well, but this time they took extremely long to even ship my plants, and they came very brown and broken.
The plants arrived in great condition! The shipping was just a bit slower than i thought it was going to be
I emailed and called twice and no return response 😢. I would like my orange mystery snail replaced and I also would like to order two anubias nana plants. But until someone reaches out to me I’m not going to order two plants. I hope I hear back from someone. The snails arrived VERY HOT. The inside of the box, the paper towels they were wrapped in and even the ice pack were all very hot. I’m surprised all three didn’t perish 😢.
Plants and snails were received in excellent condition. They looked great! I also had a question about my order and was greeted with outstanding customer service. I will be buying from them! I'm very pleased
